Mr. Sudhir S. is the Principal Officer & Head of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC International (IFSC) Limited. He has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services industry and has been with ABSLAMC for 18 years specializing in Sales & Distribution of Mutual Funds and Investment Products, and Corporate Treasury (Sales & Advisory). Prior to this firm, he has worked in institutions such as MetLife, SBI Mutual Fund and Karvy. He holds a master’s degree in financial management from University of Mysore.

He is an investment professional with over 6 years of experience across investment research, portfolio management and investment product development. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specializations in Finance and Marketing.

His areas of expertise include equity and multi-asset investing, macroeconomic analysis, investment strategy and investment product development. His experience encompasses evaluating investment opportunities, managing portfolios and supporting the development and management of investment products within applicable regulatory frameworks.

Ms. Heenal Peswani is the Compliance Officer of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC International (IFSC) Limited and is responsible for overseeing the Investment Manager’s compliance framework and supporting its risk management and regulatory governance in accordance with the applicable IFSCA regulations.

She has over 7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate governance and secretarial functions, with experience across the financial services sector, NBFCs and insurance intermediaries.

In her current role, she oversees regulatory compliance, corporate governance matters, regulatory reporting and the implementation of the Investment Manager’s compliance framework. She also supports the organisation in maintaining robust governance standards and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
